What is the Stress program?
During the Stress program, you’ll develop a positive perception of stress and learn how to turn the stress in your life to your advantage.
The stress program lasts 42 days. Each day offers something new. One day, you’ll watch a short video, and the next day, you’ll do an exercise or answer some questions. The great thing is that the program only takes a few minutes per day.
You can easily follow the stress program on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
